Creme Brulee is a delicious dessert that comes from Frace. It’s a very delicious, sweet and creamy. Now, you don’t have to go to a fancy restaurant or a café because you can make it by your own at home! You only need a few simple ingredients. So let’s get started.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Salt
Sugar
Heavy Cream
Eggs
If you don’t want to use vanilla beans you can use either vanilla extract or vanilla paste too. But I suggest you to use vanilla beans to get the best flavor of vanilla.
How to Make :
1. On a cutting board, scrape the vanilla bean and get the vanilla seeds out from the pod.
2. Add heavy cream into a small saucepan.

3. Put the vanilla bean seed into the heavy cream (including the pod). Bring it to simmer over medium heat. Remove from the heat and let it cool for about 15 minutes..
4. Prepare a bowl and separate the white eggs from the yolks. We’re gonna use the yolk only in this recipe.
5. Whisk together the yolk, salt and sugar.

6. Strain the cream mixture and take out the vanilla pod.
7. Slowly pour the cream mixture into the egg. Don’t be too fast, otherwise you’ll ended up making a scramble egg. While pouring it, whisk it too.
8. Place the ramekins into a baking dish, and fills the baking dish with very hot water.

9. Divide the custard into 6 and bake for 30-40 minutes until the custard edges are set. Remove from the oven, and let it rest for up to several hours.
10. When it’s ready to serve, sprinkle sugar on top of it and torch the sugar until it is golden brown.
